mITX-945E-ER is an embedded motherboard in the Mini-ITX form factor with expandable I/O functionality through off-the-shelf PCI or PCI Express slot cards. Using one DIMM socket, the 2 Gbyte of DDR2 memory can to be adjusted, on demand, to satisfy an application’s needs. The mITX-945E-ER is well equipped with one Gigabit Ethernet, up to six USB ports, and two COM ports. Also supported are various mass storage devices, including choice of four SATA channels and/or up to two IDE devices and various RAID levels.
The mITX-945E-ER is well suited for industrial environments where shock, vibration, and extended temperature are not required. Based on mobile processors and chipset, the mITX-945E-ER design limits the power dissipation yet still offers high performance.
